Abbe Cohn is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida who has centered her practice in Family Law and Domestic Relations for over 30 years. She attended and received her Law Degree from Nova Southeastern University. She began her career providing legal services to those most in need of legal services, but without adequate resources to hire an attorney.

She represented her clients zealously including appealing their decisions all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States. Once Abbe Cohn began her own firm, she  has practiced exclusively in Marital and Family Law matters. She has extensive experience as an aggressive advocate in cases that necessitate trial and as a compassionate negotiator for cases that settle in mediation.

Abbe Cohn has assisted the Guardian-ad Litem Program and the children of Broward County by serving as a Guardian-ad-Litem representing children’s best interest in contested divorce cases. Abbe Cohn is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator since July 2005. Abbe Cohn is admitted to the Florida Bar Association, is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, a member of the Matrimonial Law Section of the Broward Bar, and is a Supreme Court Certified Mediator.

Abbe Cohn’s practice extends throughout the tri-county area of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties.
